  • Munchies House Chocolate Spreads (hazelnut, white, dark)
  • Namliye Dried Fruits, Chopped Nuts, and Toppings
  • Munchies House Sprinkles, Choco Chips, or Crispy Pearls
  • Wooden skewers or toothpicks (for presentation)

⭐ Ingredients (for ~20 skewers)

  • 1250g Munchies House Pancake Mix
  • 900ml Warm Water
  • 6 tbsp assorted Spreads (hazelnut, pistachio, white choco)
  • Namliye Dried Apricots, Raisins, Pistachios
  • Toppings: Munchies House Sprinkles, Mini Choco Chips, Crispy Pearls

🍳 Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare Pancake Batter:

    Mix 1250g pancake mix with 900ml of warm water. Stir until smooth and let rest for 2 minutes.

  2. Cook Mini Pancakes:

    On a hot non-stick pan, cook small rounds (~5 cm wide). Flip once bubbles form. You’ll need 3 pancakes per skewer.

  3. Assemble Skewers:

    Layer pancakes with different spreads and toppings in between. Stack 3 per skewer with a small dollop of spread between each layer.

  4. Decorate:

    Top with dried fruit, chopped nuts, or sprinkle toppings. For a fancier touch, drizzle with melted chocolate or dust with powdered sugar.

  5. Display & Serve:

    Arrange skewers on a catering tray or upright in cups. Serve fresh or store in a warmer for service.
