  • Munchies House  Pistachio Spread
  • Munchies Food Crushed Pistachios
  • Munchies House Chocolate Flakes or Crispy Toppings
  • Munchies House Baking Tools (molds, spatulas, paper liners)

⭐ Ingredients (for 6 lava cakes)

  • 500g Munchies House Cake Mix (vanilla or chocolate)
  • Ingredients as per pack instructions
  • 6 tsp Pistachio Spread (one per cake)
  • 2 tbsp Munchies Food Crushed Pistachios
  • 2 tbsp Munchies House Chocolate Flakes or Crispy Pearls

🍳 Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare the Batter:

    Mix the cake batter according to the instructions on the Munchies House cake mix pack.

  2. Grease or Line Lava Molds:

    Use Munchies House baking paper or individual silicone molds for easy release.

  3. Layer & Fill:

    Fill each mold halfway with batter. Add 1 tsp of pistachio spread in the center. Cover with more batter, filling molds 3/4 full.

  4. Bake:

    Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes. The center should stay soft and gooey while the outside sets.

  5. Garnish & Serve:

    Let rest 2–3 minutes. Flip onto a plate. Top with crushed pistachios and chocolate flakes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

💡 Pro Tip:

Bake slightly under for a perfectly molten center. Store pre-filled molds refrigerated and bake à la minute for service!
