Bain-Marie Method:
- Add chocolate coins/blocks to a heatproof bowl over a pot of barely simmering water.
- Ensure the bowl does not touch the water.
- Stir gently until completely melted.
Microwave Method:
- Add chocolate coins/blocks to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave at medium power for 30 seconds, then stir.
- Continue microwaving in 30-second increments, stirring frequently until fully melted.
- Avoid overcooking.
