• Beat on low speed for 1 minute, then increase to medium speed and beat for another 1 minute.
• Pour the batter into the muffin pan.

• Place paper baking cups into the muffin wells, or grease the muffin cups and flour them lightly or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
• Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
