Double Chocolate Brownie Mix Easy-to-Make, Delicious Fudge Dessert

Brownie Preparation Instructions

500g: You need 2 eggs, 46 ml water (1/5 cup) and 85 ml vegetable oil (about 1/3 cup) or 100g butter (1/2 cup). Pan: 23 x 18 x 6 cm. Makes 12 brownies (50g each).

1. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, oil (or butter) and eggs. Beat on low speed for 1 minute, then on medium speed for 2 more minutes.
2. Add the chocolate chips from the small bag: fold them into the batter for even distribution, or sprinkle some on top after pouring into the pan for extra melty bites.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line the pan with baking paper, or grease all sides (lightly flour or use nonstick spray).
4. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25–35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Let cool for 5 minutes in the pan before removing.

10kg (bulk): 40 eggs, 920 ml water and 1.7 L vegetable oil (same ratio as the 500g pack). Makes about 240 brownies of 50g.
