This extra-large silicone mold makes one thick, generous bar measuring 25 × 15 cm, stamped with a classic 12-square break-apart grid - perfect for giant filled bars such as Dubai-style pistachio kunafa chocolate, bark topped with nuts and dried fruit, or impressive gift bars.

The deep 2.7 cm cavity leaves plenty of room for a thick shell and a generous layer of filling. The mold is made from thick, sturdy silicone that holds its shape when full yet peels away easily from the set chocolate for a glossy finish. You get two molds, so you can make matching tops and bottoms or two bars at once.

Care
