Waffle Mix : Quick & Easy Breakfast - Egg-Free, Just Add Water

Follow the instructions below based on the size you are preparing:

• 275g:

  Add 275g of mix to 275ml (1 1/8 cups) of water for 11 servings.

• 454g:

  Add 454g of mix to 454ml (about 1 7/8 cups) of water for 18 servings.

• 1250g (foodservice):

  Add 1.25kg of mix to 1300ml of warm water. Beat well for 3 minutes until smooth, then rest for 20 minutes. Makes 18 servings of about 140g batter (foodservice size).

Next steps:

1. Mix until uniform and rest for 15 minutes (20 minutes for 1250g).
2. Preheat the waffle iron, lightly grease, and pour the batter: 50g (1/4 cup) for retail sizes, about 140g for the 1250g foodservice size.
3. Bake until steaming stops.

25kg (bulk): 26 L of warm water (same ratio as 1250g + 1300ml). Makes about 360 foodservice servings of about 140g batter.
