Description
Make full-size chocolate bars and bite-size squares from one tray. This silicone mold has 3 large bar cavities and 6 mini bar cavities, each with its own pattern - scattered hearts, a crackled "broken glass" surface and a classic snap-apart grid - so your homemade bars look like they came from a chocolate shop.
It is ideal for filled bars such as the popular Dubai-style pistachio chocolate: coat the cavities with melted chocolate, add your filling, then seal with a top layer. The flexible, non-stick silicone bends away from the set chocolate for clean release. You can also use it for candy, jelly, pudding, ice cubes or handmade soap.
