Description
Keep an eye on the conditions your ingredients and products are stored in. The HTC-2 shows indoor temperature, outdoor (probe) temperature and relative humidity on one large, clear LCD, together with the time. It is a simple way to monitor pantries, stock rooms, showrooms, fridges and display areas where chocolate, flour, spices and baked goods need to stay cool and dry.
The external wired probe lets you read the temperature somewhere else - inside a fridge, cooler box or proofing cabinet - while the display stays outside. Memory buttons store the maximum and minimum readings, and the built-in clock has an alarm and calendar. Use the fold-out stand on a shelf or hang it on the wall.
