Description
Cook meat exactly the way you like it without cutting it open. Push the stainless steel probe into the roast, chicken or steak, run the heat-resistant cable out of the oven door or grill lid, and watch the core temperature on the big backlit touchscreen. Choose the meat type and doneness - rare, medium rare, medium, medium well or well done - and the thermometer beeps when it reaches the target.
Eight meat presets cover beef, lamb, veal, burger, pork, turkey, chicken and fish, or you can set your own temperature for bread, sugar work, oil or smoking. A built-in countdown and count-up timer handles resting and baking times, and a magnetic back and fold-out stand let you keep the display on the oven, fridge or counter.

Care
- Only the probe and cable go into the oven or grill - keep the display unit outside and away from heat.
- Clean the probe with warm soapy water after each use; do not immerse the display unit or the probe connector.
- Do not bend the cable sharply or expose it to open flames.
- Remove the batteries if storing for a long time.
