Preparation instructions

Chocolate Sponge Cake Preparation Instructions

400g: 400g mix + 60g (1/4 cup) water + 300g eggs (6 eggs). Makes 12 servings.

  1. Mix for 3 minutes on slow speed, then 5 minutes on medium speed.
  2. Pour into the cake pan.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

10kg (bulk): 1.5 L water + 7.5 kg eggs (about 150 eggs) (same ratio as 400g + 60g water + 300g eggs). Makes about 300 slices.
