130g: You need 32 ml (2 tbsp) of water. Makes 6 servings.

  1. Prepare dough: Mix the cookie powder with the water until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips or sprinkle them on top before baking.
  2. Prepare oven & pan: Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line or grease a baking tray.
  3. Bake: Place dough balls 5 cm apart. Bake 13–15 minutes until golden. Cool 5 minutes before removing.

Pro tip: add some chocolate chips on top before baking for a bakery-style finish.
