Preparation instructions

Same proportion for every size: 1 part powder to 3 parts cold water.

  • 75g sachet: add the sachet to 1 cup (about 225–240 ml) of cold water — makes about 300 ml of whipped cream (about 15 servings of 20g).
  • 500g: add 500g of powder to 1.5 L of cold water — makes about 2 L of whipped cream (about 100 servings of 20g).
  • 1kg: add 1kg of powder to 3 L of cold water — makes about 4 L of whipped cream (about 200 servings of 20g).
  1. In a bowl, add the powder to the cold water.
  2. With a mixer, beat on low speed for 1 minute, then on high speed for 4 minutes or until fluffy.
  3. Store covered in the refrigerator.
