Preparation instructions

For Home Use (Freezer Method):
Mix the contents of the 120 g pack with 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of fresh yogurt.

Use a stand mixer or electric hand mixer at medium speed for 2–3 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.

Pour into a container and freeze for 4–6 hours.

Stir the mixture every hour during freezing for a smoother texture.

Before serving, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to soften for easier scooping or serving.
