Ingredients

Flour, sugar, vegetable oil, corn starch, dried milk powder, vanilla, baking powder, salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide E551). Contains wheat, milk ingredients; may contain soy ingredients.

Preparation instructions

1250g (foodservice): You need 1500ml of warm water. Makes 17 servings of about 160g batter.

  1. Add 1.25kg of mix to 1500ml of warm water.
  2. Beat well for 3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Let the mix rest for 20 minutes.

25kg (bulk): 30 L of warm water (same ratio as 1250g + 1500ml). Makes about 340 servings of about 160g batter.
