Ingredients

Enriched self-rising flour (wheat flour, sodium bicarbonate E500(ii) raising agent), vegetable oil, corn starch, dextrose, skimmed milk powder (cows milk), buttermilk powder (cows milk), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide E551), garlic powder, cheese powder, salt. Contains wheat, milk ingredients; may contain soy ingredients.

Preparation instructions

Preparation by pack size

  • 275 g: Add 374 ml water to the mix. Makes approximately 15 crepes.
  • 25 kg: Add about 34 L water, following the existing bulk-pack ratio. Makes approximately 1,360 crepes.
  1. Mix until uniform, then rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour 43 g batter for each crepe.
  4. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side for about 1 minute until golden brown.
