Description

Clear acetate collars are the secret to clean, vertical sides on mousse cakes, entremets and no-bake cheesecakes. Wrap the strip inside the ring, build the cake, chill, then peel the acetate away for a glass-smooth finish. The same strips make chocolate collars, decorated cake wraps and transparent sleeves for individual desserts.

This set gives you three heights – 8, 10 and 12 cm – with 5 metres on each roll, so you can match the collar to the cake instead of trimming.
