Melting Instructions

Double boiler (bain-marie):

  1. Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl over barely simmering water (the bowl must not touch the water).
  2. Stir gently until fully melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir to cool slightly before use.

Microwave:

  1. Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Heat at medium power for 30 seconds, then stir.
  3. Repeat in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted. Do not overheat.

Ideal for coating, topping, desserts and decorating.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, at 18–23°C.
