Melting Instructions

Double boiler (bain-marie):

  1. Add chopped chocolate into a heatproof bowl over a pot of barely simmering water. Make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water.
  2. Stir gently until the chocolate has completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and keep stirring to cool slightly before use.

Microwave:

  1. Add chopped chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave at medium power for 30 seconds, then remove and stir.
  3. Continue in 30-second increments, stirring frequently, until fully melted. Do not overcook.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, at 18–23°C.
